Maison Tricard will be exhibiting at the Salon International du Patrimoine Culturel for the fourth consecutive year. The show takes place from 29 October to 1 November 2026 at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. Our continued participation reflects our workshop’s deep attachment to this essential event for the crafts and heritage sectors.
A fixture in our calendar, but never a routine
Organised by Ateliers d’Art de Francethe Salon International du Patrimoine Culturel has for over 30 years been France’s leading professional and institutional event dedicated to cultural heritage. Each edition brings together more than 300 exhibitors and some forty craft disciplines at the Carrousel du Louvre, united by a common goal: to preserve, restore and pass on the skills that keep our built and movable heritage alive.
For the fourth time, our workshop will have the honour of showcasing its expertise in parchment applied to lighting, alongside restorers, cabinetmakers, metalworkers, stained-glass artists and many other craftspeople from across France and abroad.
2026 Edition: “Patrimoine en lumières” (Heritage in Light)
For its 31st edition, the show has chosen a theme that speaks to us in particular: “Patrimoine en lumières”. Whether functional, artistic or symbolic, light reveals materials, accentuates volumes and extends the story of objects and places, a theme that resonates directly with our craft as lampshade makers.
This year, Maison Tricard joins the lighting designers, master glassmakers, bronze artisans and art metalworkers gathered around this theme, to show how an age-old skill such as working with parchment can also enhance light
What we will be presenting
On our stand, we look forward to introducing you to, or reacquainting you with:
- our bespoke creations in natural parchment,
- our restoration of antique lampshades and lamps,
- the techniques and gestures that make our workshop unique, today one of the only workshops in France working with parchment applied to lighting.
It will also be an opportunity to talk with visitors, whether heritage enthusiasts, decorators, antique dealers, architects or simply curious, about the care and restoration of their own pieces.
